Monday 6.45 am | Lower Body Burn
A 45-minute lower body workout that combines circuit training, weight-based exercises, and resistance bands to strengthen and tone your legs and glutes. This class focuses on building lower body strength, improving mobility, and rehabilitating weaker muscles while preventing injury.
Monday 9.45 am | Total Body Strength
A 45-minute full-body strength class that combines circuit training with weight-based exercises and rehabilitation-focused movements. This workout is designed to build muscle, increase strength, and improve mobility while preventing injury. You'll work through dynamic exercises that target every major muscle group, ensuring a balanced and effective workout.
Tuesday 9.30 am | Band Balance
A 30-minute resistance band workout designed to target and strengthen your lower body. This class focuses on isolating muscles, balancing out the body, and rehabilitating weaker areas. Perfect for improving muscle strength and stability, you'll work through controlled movements to enhance flexibility and mobility.
Tuesday 10 am | Strong Core
A 30-minute core-focused circuit workout designed to strengthen and sculpt your midsection. This high-energy class targets all areas of your core with a variety of exercises that engage your abs, obliques, and lower back, helping you build a solid foundation.
Thursday 6.45 am | Total Body Strength

Friday 9.30 am | HIIT Fit
Get ready to sweat, burn, and boost your energy in this fast-paced 30 minute class. Designed to maximise results in minimal time, this workout alternates between bursts of intense activity and short recovery periods to keep your heart rate up and your metabolism firing.Expect a mix of bodyweight exercises, cardio drills, and strength moves that target your entire body.
Friday 10am | Stretch
Designed to improve flexibility, release tension, and enhance mobility, this session will guide you through a series of gentle, full-body stretches Perfect for all fitness levels, this class focuses on deep, mindful movements that help reduce muscle tightness, improve posture, and promote relaxation.
